Managing Director
Nick has close to 20 years experience in the financial services industry. After returning to college to study workplace wellbeing he wanted a change from the typical financial services company and founded Employee Financial Wellness with the aim of educating people rather than focusing on selling.
Now more than 10 years later Employee Financial Wellness is Ireland’s leading provider of financial Education Programmes to both private and public sector employers and has educated tens of thousands of employees on how to make the most of their money now and in the future.
Kieran Ward, QFA RPA SIA
Director
Kieran directs the public sector side of the business using his extensive knowledge of public sector finances to help provide tailormade education programmes focused on civil and public sector employees.
Mark O'Grady, QFA RPA SIA
Director
Mark is responsible for managing our highly experienced advice team. He ensures that all our team live up to the reputation for excellence that we have worked hard to gain over the past 10 years.

Dermot is responsible for EFWs marketing and communications as well as working with clients to design effective communications which ensure our education programmes have maximum impact on a client’s employees.
Stephen Jenkins, QFA
Head of Financial Wellbeing
Stephen is one of our first points of contact with our clients. He has recently qualified from Trinity College with a post-grad diploma in workplace wellbeing. He uses his experience and understanding of wellbeing to design customised education programmes for clients across Ireland.
Aine Ryan
Programme management team
Aine heads up our client delivery team. She works directly with our client contacts from the launch to completion of each of our successful programmes. Aine’s team take all the hassle away from clients as they coordinate the programmes at every stage.

Education Team Lead
Robert leads our education team and plays a key role in designing the programme content to suit the specific needs of our client’s employees. It’s Robert’s face and voice that many employees see and hear when they are being educated on how to make the most of their money.

Financial Guidance Coach
Iona works side by side with Robert and Edward so that employees can move seamlessly from education to guidance where they have an opportunity to receive individual one on one time to discuss their own particular financial circumstances and get signposted to the correct action.

Ed as one of our guidance coaches works with employees on a daily basis to ensure they understand the actions they can take to maximise their current and future financial circumstances by pointing them towards the righ actions to take for them and their families.

Marketing Executive
Hannah as a key member of our marketing team helps create awareness of the EFW brands as well as designing communication materials for our clients programmes. It’s Hannah’s understanding of effective marketing that helps our clients understand the positive impact that our programmes have on their employees

Wiktoria is Aine’s right hand person when it comes to managing and coordinating our education programmes. Wiktoria makes sure that the day to day running of each programme is smooth and things happen when they should and how they should.
